Biography: Feferi has lived in Sootopolis for the most of her life, and has always longed to go out on her own. She often explored the waters surrounding her home, making friends with the kind wild pokemon. She never went too far, because she needed to stay and feed her lusus, at least until she was old enough to go out on her own. That was the agreement she made with the villagers, that if she stayed and cared for her lusus until she was old enough to leave on a Pokemon journey, they'd take care of her lusus after she was gone. Growing up she was always fascinated with watching Contests shows, and had always dreamed of being a Coordinator herself. So she made arrangements for someone to send her one of her favorite Pokemon, a Frillish, from the Unova Region to be her starter Pokemon when she was able to go. When she received her Pokemon, together they watched and studied Contest shows and planned to become the best team there was at it.
It was an accident when she found out about some of the horrible things her ancestor the Condesce was up to, when a member of Team Aqua approached her with the wrong idea about her. She was able to get quite a lot of information from the member before they wizened up and absconded. It was likely that same Team Aqua member that alerted the Condesce to Feferi's existence, or she knew for a while. But ever since then Feferi's been expanding her reach and trying to find out more through contacts over the internet, and now that she's old enough she's planning on finding out more in person and correcting any wrongs her ancestor has done.
Personality: Feferi is very perky, energetic, and easily excited. Despite being of the highest blood caste, she likes to say that she doesn't think she's better than anyone, though this isn't entirely true. It's her desire to demolish the negative aspects of the hemospectrum and drastically change how things are done, where the strong(which are naturally highbloods) protect the weak and help them through anything that they might struggle with. And to show this is possible, she makes it a point to help out lowerbloods, though she doesn't tend to overextend herself. She IS a busy girl after all. Feferi is optimistic and not scared easily, and she's more likely to explore sounds that go bump in the night of rumored haunted places than cower under sheets. She does have her moments where she can be rude and insulting too, 'beclam not -EV-ERYBODY is perchect!'. Her friendships motivate her into making the world a better place for everyone, and she really loves Pokemon and people. She enjoys swimming and exploring underwater almost more than anything, as well as caring for injured or weak Pokemon. She is entirely opposed to casteist mindsets, and won't hesitate to call someone out on it. There are few things she likes to eat more than sweets and seafood(together, how gross).
Goal: She wishes to overthrow her ancestor the Condesce, free the people from her tyranny and save the Pokemon world as we know it! She is planning on gathering as many supporters as she can for this cause, because she knows you can't take out a power player like the Condesce without some K--ELP! And she'd also really like to be the B--EST Coordinator! 38D
((Not sure why I'm not able to make a new post in here, so I'll just make my comment in here! I did remember that she was like that, but I wasn't sure if adding an aspect like that would be allowed since, like you said, it's often forgotten! :33 As for her Pokemon's level, it was mostly put at lvl 10 so that I could have access to Nightshade, which Frillish gets at level 9, but I will do what I can with this~ Since Feferi is a coordinator and not a trainer, I'm not sure how her Frillish would gain levels without battling! Though I guess she doesn't have much choice if wild Pokemon attack to battle them, so there is that.
