This is the official blog of Elite 4 Korzar Dualscar Ampora. I realize that I have been a little lax in my official duties as Harbormaster of Kanto. I wrongly assumed that the inspections from 5 sweeps ago made my stance absolutely clear. However seeing the pure level of fuckin incompetence on your part to uphold my standards; I have decided to take a more… serious course of action. If the harbors are not clean and if they do not meet my expectations I will shut them down. Of course there will also be a hefty fine as well. You will not know when I am coming. This post is only to be warning that hopefully will allow you time to get your fuckin act together. –Korzar
