We're a little unsure about this application, mostly because of some details in the Biography and Personality sections.Because of this we are going to have to turn you down, although you are welcome to re-app and expand/edit what you have.
- Why does her mother's alcoholism mean she needs someone to look after her? In canon, her Mom seems capable of looking after herself and Rose, so it seems like a fairly dark piece of alternative character interpretation for a lighthearted Pokemon AU
- Jaspers being the neighbor's cat rather than Rose's seems a little odd?
- What's the dream vision place supposed to be? It seems to come a little out of nowhere, and we're not sure why it's here.
- The personality leaves out a lot of Rose's most obvious traits, such as sarcasm, passive aggression, her way with words, and her interest in psychology.
- What does "thinking of potential combinations" mean?
