Biography:
Dualscar was born and raised for his early childhood in the Hoenn region, in the town of Dewford. However, if he were to be asked about this he would likely lie and say he was born in Sootopolis City, or some other big name area, to avoid humiliation. He lived his first 7½ sweeps of age in Dewford, until he nabbed a Spheal (which he later replaced after it, and several other Spheals he later owned, died of old age) from some trainer who is long forgotten by him, stole a ship he found (which he replaced after it stopped working, fortunately his new one is much larger, intimidating, and all-around better), and departed to start his adventure without telling anyone, including his lusus.
He traveled the region, his only ambition to become stronger. He raised the Spheal through both its evolutions, and caught few other Pokémon that he raised to high levels during his journey as well. His journey involved taking down the gym leaders and elite four members only as a test to his strength, but he had never managed to take down the champion, even after several attempts.
He had begun using his Pokémon like members of an army or pirate ship, and he was the captain. Anyone who set him off was to be beaten mercilessly by his Pokémon, and any goods they owned were to be stolen. Also, what may or may not have been more than a handful of times, a trainer may or may not have been killed, and may or may not have been tossed into the ocean to get rid of the evidence. He, however, openly admits that he has killed lowblooded (maroon through yellow) and mutant blooded trolls. Him killing trainers is the origin of the "Orphaner" in his name, as he orphans trainers Pokémon, leaving them to fend for themselves.
After deeming himself strong enough, he traveled to the Kanto region. Dualscar had originally planned to take the position of champion, but had realized that he was ill-fit for the position. He still aimed for an Elite Four position, and, thanks to his well-trained Pokémon and his tactics, succeeded in obtaining one.
Over time he had heard of Her Imperious Condescension, and fell in love with her. He begun to dream and plan about forcefully taking control of the Elite Four champion position and claims he could do so with ease. His main goal is to gain enough power to be noticed by Her Imperious Condescension, and would do anything to gain said power. However, he also simply wants to take the position of champion because he finds himself to be a masterful captain and believes being champion would allow him to show it.
Personality:
Dualscar is ambitious, opinionated, cruel, and close-minded. Despite him once realizing the fact that he will likely not become the Kanto region champion, he nevertheless he later plots, or at least dreams, to become it, and would do anything to gain the position.
He loathes lowbloods, land dwellers, humans, and multiple Pokémon (believing that if they can’t fight well, they’re useless). The few people he likes he can honestly be relatively kind towards, however those “people” are really just his Pokémon. There are also few land dwellers or humans he may "like". Usually, it is just him admiring the strength of them, if one happens to be quite strong. He hates all lowbloods, regardless of how they do in battle. He may attempt to be polite to some land dwellers, humans, or even lowbloods (for certain reasons, such as if he needed to gain information on something or someone), but he’s, nevertheless, almost always disgusted by them.
He doesn’t mind harming those who are in his way, no matter the means. He rather enjoys harming others, actually.
He considers himself #1, the most important guy around, and thinks his goals are much more important than other peoples.
When it comes to spars, he refuses to do the fighting himself, though he very well could. On occasion, he may take matters into his own hands, if it is necessary or if he doesn’t have an immediate better option, but otherwise he has his Pokémon or other trainers (with or without their Pokémon) fight for him.
He is easily manipulated and tricked by others, tending to be quite ignorant in that respect. He tends not to catch on when people are hinting at things, such as if someone flirted with him, he may be completely unaware. He also has a horrible sense of humor, never being able to come up with a funny joke, and he tends to not be very creative.
He tends be be rather jealous, and cannot stand seeing his quadrant mates (usually concupiscent) filling their other quadrants, and may harm the people they fill them with.
