Appearance: She wears a long dress that is black with many green pinpricks that appear to shimmer as she walks. Her shoulders are covered by the dress in what appears to be T-shirt length sleeves. A maroon Aries symbol is embroidered on the left breast of her dress. Her long black hair is pulled back into a tight bun and is held there by two long white sticks with once-detailed engravings on the handles, now faded by time.
Biography: Eara's true name has been lost to the winds of time, and as such, she is often referred to as the Handmaid, a title she does nothing to discourage. She gained a position in the Elite Four many years ago after defeating the then-Champion and quickly shuffling out of the limelight. It has been so long since then that she is seen as a fixture. Strangely, it does not look as if she's aged a single day. Most perplexing still is that as a Rust-blood, she should have died long ago, back when people's great-great-great-grandparents were talking about her skills.
Personality:The Handmaid has a very patient outlook on life, believing that if she waits long enough, eventually she will be free. She has a slightly morbid personality, but when you've been cursed with an unnaturally long lifespan, that happens. She occasionally has outbursts of pure anger and frustration at her situation during which her entire room grows dim and her hair pieces crackle with an unearthly energy. She can be a bit of a rebel, though, finding every loophole that she can in the instructions given to her. It is said (fictitiously) that if she leaves the Indigo Plateau all of her years will catch up with her and she will age and die in a matter of moments. Her Banette has been her constant companion throughout the years as she started with it as a Shuppet. Her Klinklang is to remind herself of the passing of time that she seems separated from.
