Arriving in Pewter City, he had his eyes set on the gym as he was walking with a purpose. Typically he didn't really step foot into this place unless he was taking the time to go visit his dear friend and this was no exception.
It was that time of year again where most brats decided to go start on their quest and he figured he'd have some time before they managed to get to the third gym. Now, the Signless, on the other hand must've been pretty busy. It was either that or he was slacking off and wasting his short amount of days away with a nap. Knowing him, he could take a pretty good guess it was the latter.
Approaching the entrance, he contemplated whether or not to knock before deciding it wouldn't really matter if he just barged in. Not like he could startle the guy out of his wits or anything. Besides, the guy should've expected his visit. He had remembered something about having a planned meeting. Perhaps out of courtesy, he decided to announce his entrance after he had quietly slipped in.
"Sssignlesths, I'm here; Now where the fuck are you?" he hissed, his question coming off more as a command rather than.. well, a question.

"Trust your partner Pokemon! Sure, you're their trainer, but a Pokemon partnership goes two-ways, kid. If your Nidoran seems to have a plan, try and communicate with him. It's important for a Trainer and their Pokemon to understand each other, y'know?" Shockingly enough, Signless was actually doing his job today. He'd just beaten some kid's ass, and was giving the trainer some friendly advice. She scowled at him, but nodded. "Ah, I'm going to have to cut this short, looks like I have company."
He'd heard his friend enter the building, after all! The young girl scurried away, cradling her slightly-injured Pokemon. "Good to see you, Meiric. Uh. What brings you here, exactly?" He vaugely remembered arranging something... "Oh! Right, the meeting. Yeah, we got a lot to talk about. Our noble Queen's up to no good." He led the other troll as he talked until they were in one of the Gym's backrooms, then sank into a chair. "Man, there's been a lot of Gym work this week. I'm dying here."
Moving aside for the girl to leave, he stood there listening to what the other had to say. At first, he raised an eyebrow in disbelief. To think he had gone all this way (not that it really took that much effort) to have a meeting with a guy who forgot all about it. He supposed he should've expected it, but it seemed as if the other caught on to the reason soon enough. A silent wave of relief swept over him.
He followed close behind, "I wasth about to say, I didn't think you'd forget about it. Anyway, what the hell did the empressss do this time?" He wrinkled his nose in disgust. "She'ths been awfully quiet. these days. Too quiet, if you athk me. Frankly, I'd prefer if she juthsst got this sthow on the road already and not make uss wait in unbearable anticipation."
He opted out to lean against the wall opposite of him, giving him what was supposed to be a comforting swat of the hand. "Meh, ssthoon enough thothe trainers will run off to the three of usths and leave you with ample time to go do whatever the fuck it is you do when the resths of us are dealing with the mostly insufferable pricks."
He smiled, trying not to make it obvious the meeting had pretty much slipped his mind up until now. It really was a good thing he had Meiric to keep things together, or their little group would never get anything done. Whilst charismatic and passionate, the Signless was not the most organised of trolls.
"I've got some intel, seems that shifty group, Team Rocket, are connected with her. We'd better keep a closer eye on that lot that before. If the Queen's involved, it's gotta mean trouble." he gave a sigh, half-agreeing with the other troll, "I know what you mean. All this building-up of resources is starting to make me feel like we'll never have a chance against her." Ugh, he needed to try and be more positive about this. conduct strategies. But man, was it depressing.
"Maybe we oughta take a trip up to Celedon City soon. Investigate that Game Corner of theirs."
"Team Rocket, you thay?" Those jokers, huh? "I hate to doubt you and all, but why in the world would sshe have any usthse for thohssse freakth. Where'd you hear thithss from, if you don't mind me ahssking?"
He paced around a bit in the small space he had over the suggestion. "Iss that all they run or do they have thome place they regularly go to? I'd think it'd be eassthier to see what they'd plan in a more laid-back and lesthss formal place." Afterwards, he nodded anyway. "Though I sthoppothe a look around that place is althso in order."
