The Psiioniic/Ψiioniic. His name is Meiric Coledi.
Position:
He runs the Vermillion City gym.
Type Speciality:
He uses mainly electric type pokemon.
Badge:
Helmsman/Psionic Badge. (if you guys have a better name for it, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.)
Appearance:
Only thing this artist forgot was that he has longer horns. Essentially, he has a lanky build and his eyes tend to glow when he's using his psionics.
Biography:
Being raised with his lusus originally in Twinleaf town, the two had quickly abandoned it for a more busy area. Eventually they settled in Virbank City after quite the journey. He had grown up here and spent most of his time in Virbank Complex. From here, he got his starter, an Elekid who is still fairly low leveled at the moment. From this moment onwards, he began on his journey catching mostly electric pokemon. With this though, he had clearly favored others. He met the Signless and after a while became interested in his preachings. This, however, took time and he was rather reluctant to accept this at first. He moved on to Vermillion City and to his surprise managed to become (or perhaps he was talked into it after finding out his comrades had adopted the roles themselves) the gym leader there and continues his days here.
Personality:
Meiric tends to stay calm and collected in almost any situation. Sure, he reacts, but it's very rare to see him screeching and making a big scene of something. He's overall responsible and reliable, but this can be overshadowed by his ultimate laziness and negligence to things he finds no reason to have any heavy concern over. He can be quite the witty, sarcastic, and snarky companion, but ultimately, he means no harm most of the time- depending on the situation. He is very intelligent in terms of book-smarts and has a fair level of survival skills. One would not know the latter though, what with the manner he puts up front of taking things slow and cautiously. He can very well be an action man and is a rather talented weapon if properly motivated and concentrating. He is the very definition of loyal to those he trusts and expects the same from whom he considers his allies. He very so likes to be treated as an equal rather than someone superior or inferior. He is truthful to the point it could be considered brutal honesty and is very blunt.
