Names: God Cat, GCat, GMew, or Mew.
Those who don't know much about her call her the first two names.
(Technically sexless, but I'm gonna use a female pronoun to make this easier.)
Position: Legendary Pokémon.

Appearance:
GMew is almost the same Mew as from Pokémon canon. Her fur is very short, and it's halfway between white and pink.
Oh yes, and her appearance "glitches" from time to time. Her form phases a green colour, and lightning courses through her body.
Only sometimes. Nothing to be alarmed about.
Biography: GMew has existed long before humans and trolls and carapaces came to be, and she'll likely be here long after you're gone.
Her legend of being the "Mother of all Pokémon" has spread among the Pokémon mythology, and there are always those people who wish to capture her or at least steal her DNA.
Ever since Arceus was discovered, most of the attention has shifted away from Mew. But the truth is: Mew is indeed, the mother of all Pokémon. From her DNA, each and every species were created.
Arceus may or may not have created the world and the universe, but Mew populated it.
Personality: GMew is a curious sort, and will poke her nose into other's business with inquisitiveness, and little to no regard for privacy.
However, she is also very secretive. She knows how dangerous it could be for her if she's seen by the wrong people. So, when people see her, it's usually not for very long before she teleports away.
GMew also has a penchant for pranks. Meddling in people's lives. This usually takes the form of teleporting people, Pokémon, and objects, when it's least expected.
Powers: Teleporting is in fact, her most oft-used power, if you don't count floating. She's not likely to attack, instead fleeing the scene and leaving the viewer perplexed.
She's psychic, and so in addition to teleportation, she can use telekinesis on objects and people, and telepathy to speak into people's minds.
Other abilities include invisibility, forming a bubble around herself, transformation, and executing any Pokémon move. Any.
