The high-blood could be described chubby as she has fat around her legs and arms though her torso area is more of a round square. She tries to make this look less odd by wearing a flowy short-sleeved and fuchsia jacket. Underneath is a black short-sleeved shirt that has a few tears at the top and has a fuchsia pisces symbol dead in the center. She had black pants with white torn pieces of cloth at the end. She wears fuchsia boots with white rims and has four golden bangles on her wrists. On these gaudy bangles are big pink gems. Underneath her black shirt is a dirt-smeared white shirt. On her face light freckles can be seen and she wears thick lipstick. She wears a pair of pink goggles that she places over her eyes for both swimming purposes and battle and contest purposes if she chooses. She has sharp, pointy teeth and tall horns. Her incredibly long, dark hair is tied in two braids that touch the floor and are held with two white beads with a pink circular symbol on them. On one of her thick, dark eyebrows are two piercings.

The girl was born heiress due to her blood. Surprisingly, she had managed to avoid assassinations sent by Her Imperial Condensce. This is more impressive by the fact there's no clear lusus that she has for some strange reason. Her survival itself is surrounded with mystery, doubt, and luck. Later on in life she decided she'd rather not have this lifestyle and escaped to Four Island hearing there were no routes connected to it without much thought or hesitance. With the years she learned to become even more independent and was a bit secretive to her whereabouts or outright lying about it. She continued this making herself comfy until the day she had left the island to catch a pokemon herself with the ultra ball she had bought. Upon catching herself a Meowth, she decided to embark on her adventure.

Meenah can be very cold and merciless. She isn't reluctant to causing violence or tormenting one and can even do so for pure amusement or simply because she's bored. Don't get her wrong with this though. She's not completely heartless. Towards certain people she shows a softer side where she attempts to cooperate, cheer up, and aid the other. She is easily excitable and can get so happy that she enters a coma-like state. She's extremely childish and even pouty. She's impatient and can not stand listening to long stories. She'd rather get to the point and understand it. She's blunt and can be very snarky at times. It's really obvious that she's greedy and will take any chance she can get to become filthy rich. She doesn't particularly care about committing any vices most of the time. Despite all of this though, she still has standards and can feel and clearly express guilt.

She ultimately wants to be a champion. Catching every single pokemon though does have a certain appeal to her, but that's second priority. She simply wants to be the best there is with a good amount of pokemon to follow her.
