Main Character (Kid) Application
Name: Kurloz Makara
Starter Pokémon: Yamask, nicknamed Tenebris
Hometown: White Forest, Unova
Appearance: About six feet even. Thinner but with some muscle to him. He can take heavy lifting but isn't very athletic past running maybe a mile, tops. His eyes are large and a bit sunken into his face, with bags under them that don't seem to noticeable with his face paint. He has prominent cheekbones and is over all a bit bony looking. His limbs seem too long and thin for him and make him look a bit out of proportion. He wears a halloween-ish body suit that covers the neck down and has a skeleton printed on the front only. He wears indigo track shorts over the body suit, as well as a pair of indigo ankle highboots.
Biography: Kurloz lived in White Forest his whole life, and occasionally traveled. He didn't grow up with many friends, befriending a few over the internet and such. He took to pokemon for companionship as a child. At one point he stumbled upon what he could assume was either ruins or a tomb, and found a Yamask, who is now is best friend. Whether it's true Yamask were once humans or not, Kurloz slowly became convinced his pokemon was talking to him, whispering things of other worlds and different lives. After a series of incidents involving his pokemon and a girl he used to date, Kurloz sewed his mouth shut and refuses to speak ever again. Now a days he has taken to wandering with Tenebris, going where ever his pokemon seems to lead.
Personality: Kurloz has a rather happy disposition though he has a habit of staring people down. He has the ability to speak with ghost pokemon, but now a days it's more listening. He acts a bit distant, as if he is never all there mentally. He is rather attached and protective of his Yamask, to the point where he refuses to let the pokemon leave him. He isn't one to get very violent physically, but has been known to set Tenebris on others. Kurloz doesn't seem to have much of an opinion, and when a choice is to be made it isn't made until he was asked Tenebris' opinion first as well. He has become rather dependent on his pokemon over time.
Goal: Kurloz is a trainer, but isn't trying to become a master. He's content to win what he win's, to go with his losses. He mostly battles for the fun and experience, as well as being about to travel. He enjoys what feels to be his new found freedom, being in another region with his pokemon as his side.
