Brief description of personality: He’s a lot more lucid than rumours make him out to be. Not to say he isn’t still incredibly dangerous to be around, but he usually takes his anger out through pokemon battles. That is to say, in battle, he’s fucking ruthless. Out of battle, though, he generally acts surprisingly civilized so long as no one makes him angry. He tends to be very meticulous in everything he does, and he likes everything done a certain way. He keeps up a sharp no-nonsense attitude and his sense of humour is dry and dark, usually rather unfunny. Rules are made to be followed in his eyes and that is simply that. His temper is incredibly short and ridiculously violent in nature, meaning that the slightest offense against his unwritten personal law and you could be receiving a psibeam to the face. He usually keeps to himself, but is extremely loyal to Her Imperious Condescension to the point of doing just about anything she asks the moment she asks it.

Appearance: Ridiculously tall and somewhat muscular, with wild hair that he can't seem to ever get to sit down. His facepaint resembles something of a sharper skull design. But you knew that. He dresses in a dark-grey dress shirt, black vest with thin purple bone-like designs going across, purple suit pants, and a purple tie. When leaving the Indigo Plateau, he will generally don a black suit-jacket, and exchange the purple pants for black ones. This makes him look oddly business-like, which is far more unsettling than it should be. (i made his outfit like a cross between canon and Will's from R/S/E)
Biography: Lesse here GHB was born and raised in Ecruteak city with a deep appreciation of history. He started his pokemon journey a little later than most, taking the Munna he adopted as a child and setting out into the world unknown. Things happened, and at the end of it all he found himself at the Indigo Plateau, all badges obtained, and raring to apply for gym leadership. Instead, however, he was offered a job as a member of the elite four. Needless to say, he was surprised, but the idea of being an authoritative figure such as that was highly appealing, so he took the job. He's found that there aren't as many challengers as he'd expected, so he regularly goes out checking to make sure all gyms are following regulations, as well as doing pretty much anything her Imperious Condescension asks of him.
