Allow me to explain how we are to conduct ourselves. Simply sign your name upon this sign-up sheet, so perched by these pale fingers. I will supply the pen, lest you worry.
I am not merely asking for your own signature, however -- please do supply your name and the name of the Pokemon you will be using, along with its heritage and species. You must sign this sacred oath by the evening of April fifteenth.
Or, perhaps for those of you with different clocks, Monday, September seventeenth, Four PM GMT-5 Eastern. At that time, entries will be closed and the contest will begin.

As always, prizes are determined by the contest performances themselves, so you will be graced with such knowledge when the time comes. However, as custom for the hall, the one who places first will receive a coordination ribbon. I should not have to remind you that this, young prodigies, is a quarter of your ultimate goal in your quest for prestige.
Your judges for this round are: The Windswept Questant and The Wayward Vagabond. Appeal to them as you will.
