Main Character (Kid) Application
Name: Jane Crocker
Starter Pokémon: An Azurill named Lil’ Seb
Hometown: She was born in Saffron City, but eventually moved out to Cerulean before she could really remember and has been there ever since.
Appearance: Jane has been seen sporting her canon outfit mostly, but tends to change it up everyone once in a while with what she brought with her from home. On her head there will always he her favorite fedora, regardless. Her body build is a bit like an average latina set, chubby enough to make her look healthy and active.
Biography : After she moved to Cerulean City, she had an accident and fell into the river right outside the town. Her dad wasn’t with her (as she had run off chasing a Rattata), and she wasn’t a good swimmer. A group of Marill and Azurill jumped in to help her, and pushed her to the bank. As she was catching her breath and crying, her dad showed up and they all ran off. He left them a cake as a thank you and took her home. Later one of the Azurill came to her home and played with her, going as far as to jumping into a pokeball the two had found. Since then he had been her partner.
She is actually not all that happy with battling. She's a peacemaker by nature. But she knows Seb is always ready to go and so she tries not to deny him his battles. In fact, they would go out of their way sometimes to challenge the trainers at the gym practically every week, wanting to get better and better.
Personality: Jane may not be the best at anything other than cooking, really, but what she lacks she makes up for in determination and being an optimist. She also knows that life isn’t all fun and games, putting on the face of being a responsible young woman. But as soon as its all over, she breaks the ice and throws a pie into faces, hoping to make new friends over laughter. She loves making others laugh and smile with her cooking, although not everything is what is seems.
Besides battling, Jane also enjoys baking, playing pranks, and even reading. She always carries around Colonel Sassacre’s book with her, even if its stupidly huge like that. And what kind of gal would she be if she didn’t like a good ol’ mystery now and again?
She has a preference for dual-type and flying pokemon, hoping to one day see the pokemon Swanna with her own eyes, as well as the other beautiful pokemon out there.
Goal : Jane’s personal goal is to become a strong independent trainer, one that doesn’t need help to defend herself or her loved ones. But there is something that she doesn’t know that she is also working for. She is looking for those whom will kick her when she’s being stubborn, shoosh her when she’s upset, and be there for her at her lowest. She isn’t looking for someone to take care of her. She’s searching for those who can make her an even better person.
