Main Character (Kid) Application
Name: Sollux Captor
Starter Pokémon: A female Combee!
Hometown: Sunyshore City, but he will be starting his journey in Vermillion City!
Appearance: Sollux is a bit thin, almost gangling. His skin is always a bit dry, and paler than the average troll's grey. He sunburns easily, and usually travels towards early morning, stopping around noon, and continuing around dusk and night so he doesn't burn. When he does, a high yellow flush comes out on his face, neck, or whatever gets burnt and he finds shelter quick. His eyes are a bit of an oddity, even for a troll. His left eye is a deep blue; moreso even than John's, and his right eye is a brilliant bright red. Occasionally, they'll spit bright sparks coinciding with their colors, but not all too often.
His face is thin, cheeks hollow, and eyes a bit sunken. Whether that is from malnutrition, disease, lack of sleep, or some other variable, we don't know. His fingers are constantly twitching, as though he's typing, and the nails are bitten to the quick. His horns are the only part of him that's impressive at all, and that's only because he has four of them, as their height is a bit dinky. The set nearer the top of his head is about two inches high, softly curved, and very pointy. The lower set is about the same, but longer by an inch or so.
He usually wears a bit of a plain outfit: the black tee, emblazoned with his symbol in a dull yellow, plain grey pants, the cuffs rolled up two turns, and shoes. The shoes are basically the only vaguely significant bit of his ensemble. The left is white, and the right is black: expressing the duality that is shown in his personality and such. Occasionally, if it's chilly, he'll don a white jacket with his symbol appliqued in black with a mustardy yellow border. He doesn't get cold too easily, however.
Biography: Sollux lived in Sunyshore most of his life, with his lusus (whom he describes to his friends as being a 'biit of a temperamental liittle biitch when he get2 tiired') Prior to living in Sunyshore, he had a small dwelling in Floaroma, where he raised mind honey bees. He got kicked out once the bees starting pollinating the flowers and... strange things started happening to the flowers and berries in the surrounding area.
Directly after that incident, he travelled to Eterna where his lusus had been staying without him. Reuniting with his lusus was a bit of a spectacle, actually; full of yellow blood, snapping, bees, and lots of roaring. He didn't stay in Eterna long. It was too quiet for him (and his obnoxiously loud goddamn lusus) so they hit the road again. Which is to say, they went from place to place and left for whatever reason. Sollux will, to this day, swear they were all good reasons. (Secret: not really)
Then they got to Sunyshore. (Along the way he avoided all battles, as he was pretty young and didn't have a pokemon yet) It was... nice there. People were a lot more chill, integrated, and okay with the occasional (constant) flaring of the psionic energies from their complex. He got permission to raise the bees again. He could make some extra money selling mind honey to morons who thought it was good for anything.
That's where his lusus still is, being taken care of by some dumbshit human who thought the thing was 'fascinating'. Sollux misses him a bit; goes to visit between training sprees sometimes.
Personality: Sol is a bit rude, as it goes. His sense of humor leaves something to be desired in most carapace, human, and troll eyes. Sometimes he makes an actually funny joke, and someone will laugh. But mostly his puns are shitty variations of bi-winning, or half two do whatever whatever. Reflects his interest in duality, don't you think?
Which is a big thing. Duality. Dual horns, dual colored eyes, the twin sign, dual shoes, b-and-w jacket, the whole 9 yards. He likes duality, and it seems pretty attracted to him. His psionic powers are even pretty dual-oriented, what with the red and blue.
His interests include, but are not limited to: being apeshit fucking bananas at computers, mainframes, and being angry at humans because .~ath is so much better than .^cake to anyone who is even more than a novice programmer. He's usually actually pretty neutral, but will flip if a someone even marginally less experienced than his whole fourteen years pulls a good code up. He's a bit bipolar.

He's that stereotypical bipolar disorder kid who you avoid because someone's gonna get there feelings hurt, and you don't want it to be you or him.
Hobbies-wise, he codes stuff, raises the bees, battles, and bitches at his friends.
Goal: He wants to meet the guys who made things like Poketch, the PC, and the various other machines throughout the regions. He finds it really neat, by his standards, and thinks his mind could offer a whole lot. Before then, Sollux wants to eventually beat all gym leaders and the Elite 4, like everyone else.
