Feferi Peixes
♓ STARTER POKEMON:

► NICKNAME: Nomia
► SPECIES: Wailmer
► TYPE: Water
► GENDER: Female
► LEVEL: oo5
► ATTACKS: splash | growl | x | x
► PERSONALITY: This girl just wants to have fun! Nomia wishes that she could move around on land more, as it's nigh-impossible to do anything huge when she's not even capable of moving on her own. She feels most at home in the water, and can perform more of her "NEAT STUNTS" in it as well.
She and Feferi are very close, and Feferi always regrets having to put her back in her Pokeball (which is a new thing for them! In Pacifidlog Town that had never happened before!) to protect her from the elements.
When they were younger, both of them were prone to residing under the sea in Pacifidlog Town, only coming up every once in a while to visit the people above. They have forged a strong relationship in that manner, not having any other friend to be around, and have been inseparable since they have met.
♓ STARTER TOWN:
Pacifidlog Town -- Hoenn
♓ APPEARANCE:
Years of living by the sea have given Feferi what the overly sentimental would call "angel kisses," or (as most other people would say) "an entire army of freckles." Feferi has sprinklings of freckles across her face, shoulders, arms, stomach, legs -- she's just a really freckly girl!
Her hair falls in heavy locks to her calves, forming huge sections at a time. Very seldom does it separate into small strands, partially because it is so thick, and partially due to her caste.
Members of Feferi's caste are given the honourable duty of tending to the Horrorterror Emissary once they become old enough to do so. This being said, her blood colour is the carbon copy of her "mother's," which makes her a little more otherwordly as a troll. Her hair falls in more appendage-like structures, and her structure as a whole is greatly affected.
Gills protrude from her neck prominently, and are much stronger than her lungs. Her eyes are wideset and have an extra cover over them for underwater sight. She doesn't need to blink -- not truly -- but she does for the "COURT-ES---EA!" of others.
She's proud of her duty to the Horrorterrors, and is prone to wearing tyrian purple makeup, most predominately as eyeliner and mascara. She does forsake this often, as she's a super busy girl, but she attempts to remember most of the time.
Feferi is chubby, and has a rounded face, soft curves to her arms, hips, and legs, and a tummy. Overall, she typically likes how she looks! It reflects her duty and personality, she thinks, and if it doesn't well.
What other purpose do flashy jewelry and trailing skirts serve? Feferi enjoys adorning herself in huge amounts of trinkets and frivolous accessories.
It really does bring out her FUN side!

♓ BIOGRAPHY:
Deep under the ocean, underneath Pacifidlog Town, a huge monster lives, serving as the link between her kind and the natural world. More often than not, there also lives a young girl, born with the express purpose of appeasing this monster and becoming a link between the monster itself and the citizens of Earth.
The girl currently burdened with this duty is none other than Feferi Peixes, who was hatched in near isolation. For the first few years (or, as the traditionalists may assert, sweeps) of her life, Feferi knew no other but her mother, the Horrorterror Emissary, and the occasional Pokemon who was foolish enough to swim in the creature's vicinity.
When she became old enough to leave her mother's side, she was relocated to a palace under the sea -- the same palace where many of the monster's children had lived before. The halls had seemed tailored for somebody else, and her respiteblock had not registered to her as hers until she finally summoned the courage to change up the place.
Curious Pokemon were allowed to swim through her house, as she kept her doors and windows open at all times, and she would keep a few -- some to befriend, some to feed to her mother, and some to feed to herself. Her relations remained close with her mother, and she tended to visit her more than twice a day. She was alone and burdened when she was young, so she would often ask her mother to tell her stories (but in a tiny whisper that she would have to strain to hear).
Her mother would shower her in compliments, calling her the crown jewel of the ocean, the voice of the sea, the queen's heiress.
Feferi had never understood the last one, as she had read about the people up above and none of them had brought up queens or rulers of any sort, but her mother corrected her. Not all queens had to make their power known, she had whispered, and one of my children was now a queen in her own right. She was a wicked, awful child, not at all like you, Dear, she would amend quickly, and she would breathe out songs of her exploits. Her mother had never been a good singer, but the idea of this queen had chilled Feferi to the bone.
Eventually, her mother expressed that Feferi should really go out and see what the world had to offer, and by that she meant to see the town immediately above her dominion.
Above lay Pacifidlog Town, whose odd placement had baffled humans for years (aside from the claim that it was built on a corsola colony, which was true, but not why it existed), but the purpose was well known to most members of the seadwelling trollkind. It was a place of the heiress, the emissary of the Emissary, the one with the most divine blood hue. Humans lived there to dive, fish, and forge a seafaring culture. Trolls live there to assist the heiress.
The people were kind and hospitable -- whenever she went up, she was never without food or companionship. Trolls would urge her to stay in their house, would cook for her, and would chat to her about how they had been wondering when she would show up, and how she was so nice.
Feferi would never forget to visit her mother though, and would always make sure she was well-fed. This took up much of her time, but everything changed when Eridan came to town.
He lived across the sea a bit, over where Feferi wasn't allowed to go yet. He was alone where he lived, just on some remote island, and was attention starved. Feferi was more than happy to befriend him, and over time she began to trust him deeply.
They became what he called "moirails" and what she called "moray -E-ELS!" and could count on each other for basically anything either of them could think of. Her mother was always well-fed, as he helped her catch food. Feferi now had a lot more time to do what she wanted with.
Her life had never been so great! Her mother even permitted her to leave the town once in a while, just to be able to visit Eridan's hive.
As she grew older, her mother expressed more and more concern about the "Queen of Kanto," the troll most closely related to Feferi. She expressed the desire to send her out, so she could attempt to stop her from her over-the-top misdeeds. Also, she would add, her voice faint, didn't Feferi want to see the world? And make friends?
So off went Feferi to Kanto, a hugely unknown land to her, to bring peace (and have just the B-EST time while she was at it!).
♓ PERSONALITY:
Feferi tends to put on a display of being oversensitive and kind-hearted, which overall is fundamentally true. She is the type who is frighteningly politically correct and will call out others for using slurs against any group, even if no one else is perturbed by it. Such actions are prone to make her seem overbearing, but she holds the firm belief that even joking usage of slurs can represent centuries of dishonour to specific groups of humans or trolls. She's very accepting, and firmly believes that someone can do whatever they deem fit, so long as it doesn't hurt themselves or others.
However, she allows this partial facade to drop every so often, usually once she becomes more comfortable with people. She loves to tease people relentlessly, and is the type of person to only say really mean things to her friends because she feels that at home with them. Though her insults aren't creative and are overwordy, she likes making them up and seeing how ridiculous they can get.
Feferi is the type of person to take the world onto her shoulders -- she's always more than ready to assume responsibility for almost ever minute issue that could exist. She prefers for herself to take the blame over other people, which unfortunately can come off as the aloof, holier than thou attitude most associate with "royalty."
She's very proactive and takes precautions against issues before they start. Feferi isn't loud about her actual accomplishments or what she does, so this often goes unnoticed. This doesn't really peeve her -- she never really was the type to need affirmation for her actions.
Even in the worst of times, Feferi can be seen as a sickeningly blithe optimist. She really, truly believes in happy endings and that everything happens with a purpose or in the favour of the universe as a whole -- in these cases, it's hard for her to see individuals and she usually ends up seeing the entire picture. She can be seen as morbid as a result, or uncaring of people in general.
She loves outdoor activities and extreme sports a little too much. She's never too afraid to try new things, no matter how odd they may seem.
Feferi is not the best advice giver, but she likes to listen to people's problems, if only so they have someone to let it out to.
On a personal level, she can seem more crass than she is when she speaks about general acceptance and love, which is usually why she avoids giving advice.
♓ GOAL:
Feferi's underlying purpose requires her to meet with the "Queen of Kanto," the troll most closely related to her, and attempt to reconcile her. Deep down she knows that this probably won't work, but perhaps they could strike some sort of truce? Or perhaps the queen could change her ways marginally?[/ul]
She's not entirely sure, but this would require her to put herself into a position where she's vulnerable to meet with the empress -- namely, a greenhorn trainer who wants to take on all of the gyms one day. What she really wants to do is have some time to herself, however -- to have the time she never had to meet with friends and maybe coordinate in some contests while she's at it.
In any case, this is the biggest thing to happen to her in her entire life so far; she really wants to go all out!
Bye now!
