Thread for all things shipping! Shipping is totally allowed on Pokéstuck. Just remember that it's not ALL about the romance, haha.

We have two big roles for shipping:

1) No shippressuring. If somebody isn't interested in playing a ship with you, let them be. Don't hassle them about it, and don't constantly try to shove the ship down their throat.
2) No shipshaming. Kind of the opposite, I guess! This rule comes in two parts.
a) If somebody asks you about a certain ship and it's not your thing, decline politely. Don't make them feel like a bad person for shipping it.
b) Likewise, if there's another ship happening in Pokestuck that you don't like personally, don't go out of your way to complain about it. They aren't your characters.

Now, onto more cheerful things. If you and another roleplayer come to an agreement about shipping, tell us here so that we can post it on the wall! This includes unrequited love, or things that are planned as "eventual". Of course, if you want to keep it a surprise, that's fine too.

The thread is also used for declaring intentions at the beginning, if you so choose. So you can say what ships you'd be open to playing, and what you're not really into.

Since this is an rp with trolls, it features all four quadrants. For humans, it's honestly up to you whether you think they'd be willing to do a troll-style relationship.

John's hesitant when it comes to romance, it'd probably take a while for him to actually develop a crush on a person but it's not out of the question!

I adore John <> ships, I think he'd be great at that whole pacification deal. In a really bad way. Kinda "oh no, man, don't do that!" He could totally auspice between two parties as well.

But no <3< ships, thanks. John's not capable of romantic hate. Unrequited ones are fine, though.

My favourites are:
John<3Karkat OTP, would be delighted if asked to do this.

John<3/<>Vriska I'm fond of these two in either quadrant!
John<>Eridan Seems crackish, but I really like em as dysfunctional moirails. John teasing him a lot, but also being weirdly helpful with his personal issues. That kinda thing!
John<>Meenah Similar to above!
John <> Gamzee I like this as very silly, with both of them being terrible moirails.
John <>Rose Would totally go for this if Rose went down a dark sorta path and needed a little guidance.

I'm okay with John<3Dave, John<3Jade and John<3Jake, depending on the circumstances. I prefer them as just buddies though and would have to see how their dynamic in Pokestuck worked. I kind of like John<3Feferi, John<3Roxy and John<3Meenah too.

And for c3< ships, I'm open to pretty much anything! Though I think Dave c3< John c3< Karkat could be particularly interesting.

but pale eridan<>feferi is alright by me! haha.

i seriously ship a lot of "crack"-ish feferi pairings so please don't be afraid to ask for anything!
another ship i might be tentative to jump on would be (if this ever happened in roleplay) her auspitizing between eridan and sollux only because this is really trite. =m=
if it can be fresh i'm totally fine with it though!

i really dig rose<3/<3<fef, jane<3fef, fef<3equius, sol<3/<>fef, and fef<>/<3</<3aa, but i'm not gonna force anyone and i'm totally open to more!

I've... actually no qualms about any ship. Eridan's got deceptively low standards, that's his thing, and he would probably identify as pansexual. On a personal basis, there isn't particularly any single ship I like over another, so... have at me IRP and let's see how this goes!

RAMBLE:

Most of you know by now that I ship practically everything; and if I don't ship it, I can be easily persuaded with a good essay or cute fic or amazing fanart. Still, here are a few most of my Vriska ships here (I've only put ones with the beta kids and original 12 trolls; but I have more. Oops). My feelings for all the ship under "other" fluxuate a lot; and I can go to being ambivalent about one of those ships to loving a lot in a matter of minutes.

Aranea headcanons time! Aranea would definitely be into filling some of the quadrants with the whole she didn’t have much of a family to begin with, she’d want that more... loving feeling which is the best way to describe it I think without going on and on in detail.

You already know with Aranea still being a bit new to the characters it’s a bit hard for me to say:

’OMG I hate that ship with Aranea!’

Since it’s not like anything could really offend me ship wise.
So I’m shipping her with everyone essentially, some will match better than others.

♥ MATESPRIT - _{She would definitely go for a Matesprit, no matter who it may be in the long run doesn’t matter to me though I admit my OTP is Aranea ♥ Meenah}

♦ MOIRAIL - _{Definitely possible yet again, She’s a good listener when you get her to stop going on and on about things. She’s also pretty good at being there for people so that would definitely be a good benefit to a Moirailship.}

♠ KISMESIS - _{This is a possibility as well, she’s not fond of people fighting as it reminds her of her times in Castelia so she would be all for trying to be a mediator. Between who however is the biggest question.}

♣ AUSPISTICE - _{Ha, okay on this one I would love to see someone try and make her angry to this point. She normally seems to have a cool head and hates fighting but I’m all for trying new things- I mean this is the first time I’m playing her.}

Okay, so! Here are my Roxy ships.

Roxy/Autoresponder is my OTP, but I have no idea how exactly we'd go about playing it here. Trying it would be super cool, though!

I'm also a fan of:
Meenah/Roxy, Latula/Roxy, Jane/Roxy, Dave/Roxy, Rose/Roxy, Vriska/Roxy, Gamzee/Roxy and Eridan/Roxy. Jake/Roxy and Sollux/Roxy are okay too. I'm not a fan of Dirk/Roxy at all, but I guess that isn't going to be a problem!

As for others, just ask! I am basically interested in almost anything involving Roxy, haha. She'll naturally crush on just about anyone so there are a lot of ships with potential to develop.

I'm not that interested in putting Roxy into alien quadrants as I don't think it would really interest her. But if the dynamic is right- who knows!

I will be playing her with slight crushes on Jake, Dirk and Jane's Dad, since she showed an interest in them canonically. I'm not expecting anything to come of them though.

And oh, I headcanon her as "mostly" straight. She probably wouldn't take a relationship what a girl as seriously at first, but give it time to develop and she'd give it a go.

Mm, my ships for Jane are quite limited, for the most part because she hasn't interacted much with anyone else, so its a little early to tell.

Romantically, I support Dirk/Jane, Jake/Jane, and Roxy/Jane
and as for friendships: everyone. Except Gam. She's still pretty weirded out by him.

Theres not much else I can say for right now... But yeah.

EDIT: I can see Gam <> Jane a bit, so I wouldn't mind that one if it ever happened.

Hey there, everyone! Guess it's about time for me to finally get this underway.
I'll be upfront when I say that I'm not really expecting much, if any, ships with Kanaya to come to fruition. This is about Pokemon adventures and exploring and being friends! I'm sure that there will be relationship issues, but I don't know if I can really think of her as actually having a stable relationship. She is only fourteen, after all!

On that note, I would prefer if relationships, if they do happen, to progress naturally. What I mean by that is I don't want to be predetermining who she falls in love with -- if it happens during the course of the roleplay, it happens -- but if it doesn't, it doesn't.
However, if you would be okay with Kanaya developing a crush on your character, that is something I'd like to know (I will be making her crush a LOT to balance this all out). Just toss me a line in the cbox!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NOTE: I do not ship ANY Kanaya/boy pairings in her flushed or caliginous quadrants. I cannot be persuaded on this, and quite frankly I will be made uncomfortable if you ask.
Pale or ashen quadrants are open to all genders, however!

I have some preferred ships for matesprits and kismesises (with ashen and pale I'm open to pretty much everything, though Kanaya<>Vriska and Kanaya<>Karkat get pretty high up there), so I guess I'll list them out:
