As such, I love to hear new music. So.

Please posts songs here! However, there are rules:

- Nothing Homstuck related, we've heard it.
- Nothing mainstream or anything that plays on the radio, we've heard it.
- If you're going to post BAJILLIONS of songs by the same artist, try to do it all in one post.

This one is my favorite English song, by the same people.

This one's slow, and the only song I know by these people, but I like it a lot too, because creepy girl voices are <3

Again, somehow, I usually only pick and choose songs from bands to like.

This one's kind of melancholy but I like her voice bluh bluh bluh

This girl did that 'A Thousand Miles' song, which I liked a lot when I was younger, and I think this one's really clever and sweet too. And her voice is so soft and pretty and odd ffft

Uhhh all I can think of right now PFFFT. I like too many dum oldies.

Here's just a few. They're all from artists/bands I really like.

Some of y'all have probably heard me talk about her before, but I have to link to some Emilie Autumn songs because she is fan-fucking-tastic.

My three favorites are Shalott(I'd start at about :18 in, it's where the music starts), Swallow and Marry Me.

She also has some darker pieces such as Misery Loves Company and instrumental pieces such as Syringe. I also want to link to What If.

I just love her so much, she's so unique and avant garde, and she's very Victorian-inspired.

She also may or not be part of the reason I love corsets and the reason the violin is my second favorite instrument, after the piano.

Also, I really love Meg & Dia Frampton. The first song by them I heard was Monster, but some other good ones are Roses, Black Wedding, and Masterpiece. One of their newer songs is Bandits.

I heard this other artist recently too, Kimbra. She's very unique in her style as well! Some of her songs include Settle Down. Good Intent, and Cameo Lover.

And ahh last one! LYKKE LI! Some of her songs include Get Some, Youth Knows No Pain, and the first one of hers I ever heard, I Follow Rivers.

I was actually going to edit my last post, but I thought of more than one other artist to share.

I'm going to casually link song just because it's actually really sad if you listen to the lyrics, but the music is so jazzy and upbeat.

Now to get to the actual bands and artists-

First, there are The Pierces. If any of you watch Pretty Little Liars, you might have heard the first song I'm going to link, Secret, which always gives me chills. Their other stuff is a bit different though, such as Kissing you Goodbye, Drag You Down, To The Grave, and It Will Not Be Forgotten.

Next there's The Pretty Reckless, they're a littlebit rock 'n' roll I guess. I don't know if they're considered mainstream of anything, because their lead singer, Taylor Momsen was on Gossip Girls so she's pretty well known, I guess. But I'll post some links anyway! Make Me Wanna Die, Going Down, My Medicine, and Zombie(acoustic) are some of my favorites.

The Dresden Dolls are pretty weird, but they have some cool songs, such as Coin-Operated Boy and Shores of California. Their singer, Amanda Palmer, does some work on her own too! One of her songs is Oasis. I want to give a bit of a trigger warning for that one, she talks about a rape and abortion very nonchalantly, which was used to bring attention to the issue and whanot. But that could bother some people, so yeah, warning. Some of her other songs include Runs In The Family and Map of Tasmania. Map of Tasmania is about pubic hair, just so you know, and there is some questionable content in the music video.

If you like really creepy old-timey sounding music, then Jill Tracy is for you. Some of her songs include The Fine Art of Poisoning, Evil Night Together and You Leave Me Cold

And last for this post, but not least: Hannah Fury. Her music is very haunting, in my opinion. It's also pretty slow compared to everyone else I've posted. There's The Necklace Of Marie Antoinette, Girls That Glitter Love The Dark, and The Vampire Waltz. She has a very lovely voice, but her style is chilling.

Something you might not know about me is that I love westerns. Real westerns like Yellow Ribbon, High Noon, and 3:10 to Yuma. <3

Part of that obsession makes me love stuff like Johnny Cash. Here are a few songs in that genre.
