What else can be said? Tavros Nitram has more or less lived for this day. He's someone who's been trying to use roleplaying to imitate the quest since long before the eligible age (the last real attempt with some rather uM, cripping consequences). He loves everything a Pokemon journey is known to offer - the adventure, the battles, the thrill-filled fight to the top, the collection aspect, the rare chance to make friends with shared interests, and of course the creatures themselves. Oh yes, he's got quite the connection. There's just always been this thing where Pokemon, language barrier or not, seemed to just know what Tavros wanted out of them after a while, and vice versa too. Like, mind-shenanigans or something, since while the ol' language barrier is just there (Pokemon say their names, Tavros says "uHH" etc), he does have a special little something when it comes to communication with the creatures.[/color][/blockquote]
...which is a bit of a stark contrast to how capable he is of expressing himself to pretty much anything else. Tavros is a passionate (and how! - passions include not just disney, fairies and pokemon andfresh coolkids and self-esteem, he's an avid rapper too, who would have guessed,) but sensitive troll, a trait which doesn't tend to mesh too well in amidst troll culture. Too often labelled as too kind and naive for his own good, Tavros' sheer existence in the dog-eat-dog relationship circles that trolls forge has left him with a poor sense of self-esteem, and in turn that leaves him somehwat susceptible to intimidation and influence and social ineptitude of every kind (eR, rEDROM, MAYBE UM, pLEASE DONT GO THERE) when it comes to those many individuals, troll and human alike he gets that nagging feeling he best not mess with. Nonetheless, even in the faces of the most vile huge bitches Tavros has all the heart to defend his passions, and away from those types, he's genuinely the cheeriest troll on the block. It's hard for him not to like you (and maybe awkwardly try to impress you), especially if you share those interests in the first place. And that's what this whole journey's going to be about right - friends and Pokemon and adventure and, oh, just everything this little toreador has lived for.
Adios, long days spend waiting!
