If one was to summarize Dualscar in one word it would be: Merciless.
Dualscar is cold, cruel and calculating. He will not give up. Seemingly ever reflecting his hate of gambling Dualscar prefers the comfort of the SURE thing, 100% chance.
He isn't fond of taking a risk, however, he also has a large hate for the land dwellers and humans thus is a stunch supporter of her Imperious Condescension.
None the less, Dualscar isn't someone to submit to anyone and has the appellation of general winter having survived since the wars with his pokemon. Dualscar is often seen in a form of armor with his trademark scowl.
He is a dedicated troll mocking violent and if you make yourself his enemy he will seek you out no matter what the region and make your life horrible.
His harsh and violent personality is reflected like ice in his battles. Having been responsible for many losses on the sides of the humans, the man is a hated figured that many have tried to bring up on war crimes yet none of the charges seem to stick. It's rumored that he works with a mysterious organization bent on world domination and that is why is is always able to evade the charges, and there may be some truth to that.
