Assuming "Rose Lalone mun" means me...huh. That could be really interesting, actually. Rose does not get paired with a lot of people in the fandom, especially blackrom. Of course it would have to progress naturally and she would likely shut him down a lot because of the human complications when it comes to kismesissitude--especially because of the whole Humans Should Only Have One Relationship thing--but yeah, I think I would enjoy that. They can even have this rivalry thing ongoing even just after we leave Pallet if you feel so inclined, since Eridan and Rose are most likely not going to be in the same group.

Oh gosh, I am a STRONG shipper of Jane<3Roxy but I have a soft spot for Jane<3Jake.
I guess there aren't many people Jane has interacted with yet so I don't have many other ships other than

I think a moirallegiance with Dirk would work with the recent updates of homestuck, it seems as though Dirk and Roxy have had to be there for one another as their parents weren't, and it's adorable. Roxy is flirtatious towards everyone (which will make Eridan hilariously jealous) so Roxy's end of the moirallegiance can be a 3 ! ü
